Refund policy

As Canada’s most trusted partner in health and homere, we are committed to maintaining a fair and transparent return policy that aligns with industry best practices.


1.1 General Guidelines

Products purchased from Canadian Medl Store may be returned within 45 days of receipt for a full refund, provided they meet the conditions outlined below.

  • Returns requested after 45 days from the date of purchase will not be accepted.

  • No restocking fees apply to eligible returns made within the 45-day window.

  • *Except Medl Equipment and Orthopedics 30% restocking fee will apply

What is required to process a return?

To request a return, please contact us at [email protected] and include the following:

  • a) Full name and order number

  • b) Item number(s)

  • c) Quantity

  • d) Lot number and expiration date (if applble)

  • e) Specific reason for return

All returns must be authorized and accompanied by a Return Authorization Number (RA) issued by Canadian Medl Store. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.


2.1 Product Eligibility

Returned products must meet the following conditions to qualify for a refund:

  • Minimum 12 months of shelf life remaining

  • In resalable condition (unopened, undamaged, no labels or stickers removed)

  • Properly packaged to prevent damage during transit

Products not meeting these conditions may be rejected and returned to the sender at their expense.


Non-returnable products:

The following items are not eligible for return or reimbursement:

  • Special order items

  • Discontinued or soon-to-be-discontinued products

  • Products that are opened, damaged, used, or expired

  • Products not required or accepted for resale by Canadian Medl Store

If a product is denied at the warehouse for any reason (e.g., damage, expiry, no RA, discontinued), it will be returned at the customer’s expense. A $5 return shipping charge will apply.


3.1 Claims Policy

Damaged or Defective Products (Concealed Damage):

  • Must be reported within 3 business days of delivery

  • Include photos and proof of destruction (if requested)

  • Claims submitted after 3 days may not be accepted

Visible Damage on Delivery:

  • If the package appears visibly damaged upon delivery, please take clear photographs and notify us immediately

  • Keep all original packaging and contents for claim purposes

  • Claims may be denied if items are disposed of before documentation is provided


Important Notes:

  • We are not liable for lost or stolen packages if the "No Signature Required" delivery option is selected at checkout.

  • Glamorysis not responsible for orders signed for in full where a claim is submitted for missing or damaged items.
